OPEN GYM

Ages 12-18 $10 per date per gymnast

This Open Gym is perfect for current or prior competitive gymnasts, middle school/high school cheerleaders or all star cheerleaders! It is intended for working intermediate to advanced gymnastics/tumbling skills that can be performed safely without assistance. This is not open playtime or appropriate for those at a beginner level or without prior gymnastics, cheer or tumbling experience.

A coach will be available to help set up stations, offer corrections and make sure everyone is safe and working appropriate skills.
