IMPACT GYMNASTICS
Gymnastics is for everyone! It is an excellent sport to improve balance, coordination, strength and flexibility. It teaches self-discipline and total body awareness that will carry over to numerous aspects of your child’s life.
We offer gymnastics for youths of all ages, both recreational and competitive.

RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS CLASSES

Staff and parents guide kids for beginner level motor skills.

Introductory gymnastics classes teaching basics on vault, bars, beam and floor.
BOYS GYM 1 & 1+

Introductory gymnastics classes teaching basics on vault, floor, rings, parallel bars, high bar and mushroom.
TUMBLING & TRAMPOLINE
Ages 8+ | Coed
Train skills, body awareness and coordination while learning skill on the floor and trampolines.
TINY TOTS
Ages 3 | Coed
Kids develop motor skills using scaled down equipment.
GIRLS GYM 2 & 2+
Ages 6-9 | 9+ | Girls
Intermediate gymnastics class working on more advanced skills on all events. Teacher Recommended.
BOYS GYM 2
Ages 9+ | Boys
Intermediate gymnastics class working all more advanced skills on all 6 events. Teacher Recommended.
NINJASTICS
Ages 6+ | Coed
Ninja-inspired instruction for flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks.
PreGym | PreGym 2
Ages 4-Kindergarten | Coed
Kids develop motor skills using scaled down equipment.
GIRLS GYM 3 & 4
Ages 7+ | Girls
Advanced gymnastics classes for the experienced gymnast. Teacher Recommended.
HOMESCHOOL

Learn gymnastics skills during daytime hours when the gym is less busy.

Clinics are perfect for students who want more time in the gym to focus on a skill without the commitment of additional monthly tuition.

GIRL'S TEAM
Women’s Artistic Gymnastics helps your daughter develop coordination, confidence, creativity and contributes to her general health and fitness. Our goal is to create a positive space to develope confidence and life skills they will take with them for the rest of their lives.
The Impact Girl's Team continues to grow and have great success! We offer competition for USAG Levels 2-10 and Xcel Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All levels are by invitation only

Would you like your son to enjoy an action-packed sport that burns energy and keeps active boys entertained?
We offer a safe, progressive approach that has developed many of our athletes to State, Regional and National prominence. The Impact Boy's Team sets the standard for men's gymnastics in the Kansas City area.
