OPEN GYM

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!​​

This Open Gym is for working intermediate to advanced gymnastics/tumbling skills. This is a time to perfect skills you can safely perform without assistance. This is not a playtime or appropriate for those at a beginner level or without prior gymnastics, cheer or tumbling experience. A coach will be available to help set up stations and offer corrections.
